1. 退货条件

 1.1 若产品未开封、保持原始包装且具备再次销售的条件,则可以退货。

 1.3 单独购买镜框,不更换镜片、采用0度自带模板片:确保商品无损坏、可二次销售的情况下可在签收后7天内退货(需承担邮费)。

2. 不可退货的情形

 2.1出于卫生和安全方面的考虑,任何已开封或已使用过的隐形眼镜均不可退货。

 2.2因个人原因(如眼睛干涩或过敏等)导致佩戴隐形眼镜不适而产生的不满意情况,不予退款或退货。

2.3产品已拆封使用,个人不喜欢的等原因,不予退款或退货。

*以上退货条件适用产品:美瞳、穿戴甲、假睫毛

2.4定制眼镜配镜:包含0度更换防蓝光镜片,定制近视、远视、老花和变色镜片等情况,不予退款或退货。

3. 退款流程

 3.1请联系我们的客户支持团队,提交退货请求以及任何必要的文件资料。

 3.2一旦退货请求获得批准,您必须将产品寄回我们指定的退货地址。退货的运费由客户自行承担。

 3.3我们会在收到并检查退回物品后的 7 个工作日内处理退款,退款将退回到原支付方式。

 3.4信用卡退款通常需要 7 至 15 个工作日才会到账,但在某些情况下,根据支付处理系统以及银行的处理速度,可能最多需要 30 个工作日。

4. 订单取消

 4.1请在下单后的 8 小时内申请取消订单,以便获得全额退款。如需退款请点击本网站聊天框找到客服或添加下方企业微信,我们将为您执行退款操作。

1.3 Eyewear Frames (Non-Prescription)

  • Returnable within 7 days if:
    • Undamaged & resalable
    • With non-prescription demo lenses (0.00D)
    • Customer covers return shipping
    Applies to: Eyewear frames only


2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1 Health & Hygiene Restricted

  • Opened/used colored contacts (Due to hygiene regulations)

2.2 Subjective Dissatisfaction

  • Discomfort from dry eyes/allergies (colored contacts)

  • Personal preference changes (colored contacts, nails, lashes)

2.3 Customized Eyewear

  • All prescription lenses (including blue-light, progressive, photochromic)

  • Frames with custom lens upgrades


3. Refund Process

3.1 Initiate Request
→ Contact support with order# + evidence (if applicable)

3.2 Return Shipping
→ Customer responsible for return costs

3.3 Processing Timeline

  • Refunds issued within 7 business days after warehouse inspection

  • Credit to original payment method

3.4 Bank Processing

  • Card refunds: 7-30 business days (varies by bank)


4. Order Cancellation
